John Colvin
John has been a broker/owner of multiple real estate companies.
Over the course of his real estate career, John has earned many nationally recognized sales awards and designations. John is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Minnesota Association of Realtors, and the North Dakota Association of Realtors.
Through continued education and sales experience John has earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Diversity (AHWD), Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR), and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Expert (SFR) designations through the National Association of Realtors.
John is licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota.
Brian L. Fuder
Brian Fuder is a native of Breckenridge, MN and currently lives in Moorhead with his wife, son, and two dogs.
Brian has taught at NDSCS, MSUM, and Minnesota State in the fields of civil engineering, technology, surveying, and construction management. He is a retired volunteer firefighter and EMT. He also has experience in owning and managing rental properties.
Brian is a certified independent speaker, coach, and trainer with the John Maxwell Team and has provided his services to NDDOT, National Transit Institute, Transportation Learning Network, and Upper Great Plains Transportation Institute.
He is an avid gardener and enjoys working with seniors on ways to keep gardening an active part of their lives.
Rochelle Roesler MBA
Rochelle Roesler, a distinguished Realtor, holds Broker Associate licenses in both Minnesota and North Dakota. With a career spanning over two decades since 1995, Rochelle has expertly facilitated connections between sellers and buyers across Fargo, ND, Moorhead, MN, West Fargo, ND, and their neighboring communities. Specializing in residential real estate, she adeptly handles a wide range of transactions including foreclosures, short sales, and catering to first-time home buyers, move-up buyers/sellers, retirees, and those seeking luxury, executive, lake properties, or relocation services.
Rochelle's professional prowess is underpinned by a robust educational background, holding an MBA degree, and a rich history in sales, marketing, and administration. Her commitment to education extends beyond her own learning; she has imparted knowledge in business, math, principles of finance, marketing, and sales as a college instructor in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
Her excellence in real estate is recognized through prestigious awards for being a top agent and delivering outstanding customer service, highlighting her dedication to meeting and exceeding the needs of her clients.
Rochelle's life outside of real estate is filled with joy from her family, including her husband, two granddaughters, and their three cherished dogs: Gideon, Gilligan, and Snicklefritz. Together, they indulge in travel and embrace the beauty of life's moments.
