I cannot say enough about this experience! This was my first cruise ever, and it could not have been easier… From getting registered, having everything included for us from drink packages, extra WiFi and even gratuities, to the CE classes, exiting the ship and not to forget the chocolate covered strawberries and macaroons left in our room by Nathan and his wife! I also went on a catamaran/snorkeling excursion… I did sign up for the wrong one, but was lucky enough to be included in the excursion with the CE group! It was beyond fabulous!! The entertainment on the boat was never ending and soooo fun from a hypnotist to karaoke night to boat tours, art shows, game nights and don’t forget the casino! Last but not least, EVERY SINGLE QUESTION (and I had a lot of of them) was answered by Nathan and or Rochelle and They were ALWAYS available!! it was my first cruise, but it is definitely not my last! - Evening entertainment in the main theater as well as in many smaller venues throughout the ship

- Adventure Ocean Kids Club with activities for minors ages 3-17
- Full spa services available, but these are all at an additional cost (look for discounts onboard!)
GENERAL NOTES ABOUT THE PRICING
- Most all rates are based upon double occupancy, meaning 2 guests sharing the same stateroom.
- 3rd/4th guest pricing is available upon request
- Gov’t taxes/port fees are INCLUDED in the rates shown
- As mentioned, cruise gratuities are INCLUDED as part of your group package. These go toward your room stewards, plus bar and dining room staff. Value is $18 per person per day
- Cruise protection can also be added to your booking and is strongly encouraged for peace of mind. Cost is based upon category chosen
- Group rooms are limited and subject to availability at time of booking. We expect to sell out of some categories offered this year
- All guests must place their bookings through Travel Made Better in order to take the CE onboard sessions and/or participate in the bonus inclusions
IMPORTANT NOTES SPECIFIC TO THE REALTOR CONTINUING EDUCATION PRICING
As noted above, this year’s rates DOES NOT INCLUDE the cost of the Continuing Education classes:
$300 for the standard rate – includes your annual certification from the Academy of Real Estate Professionals for North Dakota or Minnesota CE for 2027.
HOW ABOUT ADDITIONAL ROOMS FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY?
Yes – absolutely.
Our group rates are available on a very limited basis for any guests of realtors taking the CE courses. If you have friends and family interested in joining you for this cruise, please feel free to send them this website for info/registration. We would be glad to service them as well at no additional fee!

DEPOSIT AMOUNT
At time of initial booking, you will be charged the following in 2 separate payments:
Cruise deposit of $500 total per stateroom (payable to the cruise line) –PLUS–
Applicable cost for each person taking the onboard CE instruction (payable to Academy of Real Estate Professionals). For those taking the onboard CE sessions, there will be a payment of $300 per person, which will be completed in mid-July and paid to the Academy of Real Estate Professionals.
Example #1: If there are 2 guests sharing a stateroom and only 1 is taking the CE sessions, then your total deposit will be $800 ($500 to the cruise line + $300 to Academy of Real Estate Professionals).
Example #2: If there are 2 guests sharing a stateroom and both are taking the CE sessions, then your total deposit will be $1,100 ($500 to the cruise line+ $600 to Academy of Real Estate Professionals)..
Example #3: If there are 2 guests sharing a stateroom and neither are taking the CE sessions, then your total deposit will be $500 ($500 to the cruise line).
Major credit cards only as inputted directly into your reservation form. Payments are applied by Nathan Harvey, Owner/Travel Agent with Travel Made Better LLC and made directly to the cruise line and Academy of Real Estate Professionals (CE portion).
You will be emailed a receipt of both transactions upon booking, as well as an official cruise-only confirmation from Cruise Line.
WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE AND HOW IS IT PAID?
Final payment is officially due anytime before October 15, 2026 or earlier. You will receive an email notice of final payment in end of September/1st part of October.
After payment is completed, you will be emailed an official Cruise line PAID confirmation from Travel Made Better.

AIRFARE TO/FROM TAMPA
Roundtrip flights are NOT INCLUDED in the cruise package. Please see below for important notes regarding allowable flight times.
Embarkation is from Port Tampa Bay on Saturday, February 6th, 2027 at 4 pm
Airport Code for Tampa: TPA (9 miles from cruise port) or St Pete-Clearwater: PIE (25 miles from cruise port)
Flights must arrive no later than 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 6th
Flights must depart later than 12:00 Noon on Sunday, February 14th
IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you arrive the day prior to embarkation due to potential winter conditions and/or unexpected flight delays.
NOTE: Tampa Bay Airport is very close to the Port Tampa Bay, about 9 miles, as well as numerous hotels located in the airport/downtown and St Pete areas.
DOCUMENTATION NEEDED
Passport books are recommended for all guests regardless of age. If you do not have a passport, these can be obtained through your local post office (please allow up to 12 weeks for process completion). Information is available online at travel.state.gov. Passports must not expire within 6 months of our dates of travel (31 JUL 2026).
If you are not using a passport, you must provide BOTH an original birth certificate AND your government-issued drivers license.

CRUISE LINE CANCELLATION GUIDELINES(per Royal Caribbean)
Until November 1, 2026, your cruise is fully refundable.
From November 2 – 16, 2026 … 25% of the cruise fare per guest is charged by the cruise line for cancellation.
From November 17 – 30, 2026 … 50% of the cruise fare per guest is charged by the cruise line for cancellation.
From December 1 – 30, 2026 … 75% of the cruise fare per guest is charged by the cruise line for cancellation.
From December 31, 2026 to sailing … the cruise fare is non-refundable (100% penalty).
TRIP PROTECTION COSTS
It is highly recommended that you include Royal Caribbean’s Cruise Protection to help in case of cancellation and/or emergency medical needs during your trip.
NOTE: cancellation is only for “covered reasons” such as unforeseen events such as accidents, unexpected medical emergencies, job loss or death of next of kin.
